We are seeking an experienced bag repair specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leatherworking, with experience repairing and restoring high-end fashion goods.

Responsibilities:

  • Repair and restore various types of bags, including handbags, backpacks, and suitcases
  • Replace damaged or worn-out parts, such as hardware, zippers, straps, and linings
  • Craft new parts, including straps, handles, and piping
  • Use specialized tools and machinery, including sewing machines and leather working equipment
  • Source and select suitable materials, including premium leathers and fabrics

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months of relevant experience in bag repair or a related field
  • Familiarity with different bag constructions and parts
  • Experience working on high-end fashion goods with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
