Senior Veterinary Mentor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled veterinarian to join our team as a Senior Veterinary Mentor. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our veterinary practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor junior veterinarians and contribute to their professional development
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business growth and strategy
  • Provide guidance and support to other team members on complex cases and clinical decisions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in veterinary medicine
  • Proven track record of success as a mentor and leader
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
