Southern Cross Cleaning is a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation seeking a skilled Supervisor Cleaner to join our team in the Urrbrae area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of three cleaners to deliver exceptional cleaning services in public areas, toilets, kitchens, and common areas.
  • Ensure customer service standards are met by understanding and delivering on client needs and valuing communication.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively to achieve scheduled work on time, using cleaning chemicals, PPE, and equipment correctly.
  • Identify and report safety and maintenance issues, as well as non-compliances.
  • Complete cleaning records and training requirements.
  • Manage a team of three cleaners.

Requirements

  • 1 year of cleaning experience.
  • Current National Police Clearance.
  • Driver Licence.

Working Conditions

  • Afternoon shift.
  • 22.5 hours per week.
  • Urrbrae, SA.

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate of $21.00 - $37.00.
