Job Title: Vascular Surgery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vascular Surgery Specialist to join our team at Concord Repatriation General Hospital.

The primary objective of this role is to provide high-quality diagnostic and consultative specialty services in Vascular Surgery, and to participate in teaching, research, quality improvement and administrative activities within the Vascular Surgery Department and Hospital as required.

The Vascular Surgery Specialist will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of professional performance and promoting an academic environment that supports education, research and professional development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality diagnostic and consultative specialty services in Vascular Surgery
  • Participate in teaching, research, quality improvement and administrative activities
  • Ensure a high standard of professional performance

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Registered or eligible for specialist registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) with recognised qualifications in Vascular Surgery and/or other equivalent specialist recognition

  • To be employed by NSW Health, you must provide evidence of current immunity status that complies with the NSW Health Occupational Assessment, Screening & Vaccination against Specified Infectious Diseases Policy
