Job Description

Job Title: Experienced Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced operator to join our team at Allstar Recruitment Group. As an Experienced Operator, you will be responsible for operating a range of heavy equipment on a 3-5 year civil construction project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a variety of heavy equipment, including dump trucks, loaders, excavators, dozers, graders, skid steers, rollers, scrapers, and backhoes.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operated in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Participate in pre-shift safety meetings and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed production targets and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment on a surface production mine.
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence.
  • Current HR/HC Licence.
  • Senior First Aid Certificate.
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment/D&A screen.
