- As an Educator or Senior Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our young students.
- You will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment that fosters their growth and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart's policies and procedures.
- Implement effective strategies to support the delivery of high-quality education programs.
- Build strong relationships with children and families through open communication and empathy.
Requirements:
- Educator – Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
- Senior Educator – Diploma of Early Childhood Education.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- A passion for continuous improvement and delivering high-quality education programs.
