Warehouse Associate Role

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a Casual Warehouse Team Member to join our team in Darwin. As a key part of our Retail operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience at every touch point.

In this varied and dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to learn all Warehouse operations, work collaboratively with a passionate team, and explore opportunities for career advancement. You will be required to work across 7 days per week, including peak trade periods, to support our customers.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has a strong work ethic, and can work well under pressure. If you have previous experience in a warehouse or labour related role, that's great However, we are also interested in speaking to people who have transferable skills and are keen to bring them to this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate efficiently within the Warehouse environment, meeting productivity targets and maintaining high levels of quality
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, using technology as required
