We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling our company's operations to meet the demands of rapid growth.

You will lead the implementation of operational excellence and expansion strategies, ensuring our company evolves as a world leader in its field.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Building and maturing new capabilities, developing company operations, and implementing performance tracking systems.">
  • Driving the company's cadence of planning and reporting, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring legal compliance.">
  • Mentoring and motivating teams to maximise productivity, and optimising company communication and dynamics to enhance operational efficiency.">
  • Taking ownership of functional operations, including IT solutions, HR, Legal, Risk, Finance, and more.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a high-growth company (ideally in a rapidly moving start-up environment).">
  • Broad operational experience in senior management positions.">
  • Experience in scaling company processes, systems, and teams during rapid expansion phases (from 25 to 100+ over 18-24 months).">
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.">
