About the Position

This Sales Growth Specialist role offers a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company and contribute to its success. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic partnerships and integrations, while developing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners and clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through email outreach, networking, and social media;
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet quarterly targets, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed;
  • Present and demo Nord Security's products to partners and clients, highlighting their value proposition and competitive advantages;
  • Tailor sales solutions to fit partner customer profiles, leveraging Nord Security's products and alliances to drive revenue growth;
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business results to improve performance and inform sales strategies;
  • Represent Nord Security at industry events and conferences, engaging with potential partners and customers to build relationships and drive business growth;
  • Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders to identify process improvements and enhance team performance, gathering feedback from business partners to inform product development and sales strategies.
