Highly skilled Spray Painters required to deliver precision finishes in a fast-paced signage manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Paint and prepare various signage products using sanding, masking, material preparation, spray painting and filler work techniques.
  • Maintain quality standards by identifying and correcting imperfections during the production process.
  • Meet production deadlines while managing stock usage records and escalating any constraints to the Team Leader.
  • Collaborate with the Graphics and Production teams to ensure seamless project delivery and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Trade-qualified spray painter with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in commercial or industrial painting environments.
  • Skilled in 2Pac and acrylic paint applications; previous experience in signage production is an advantage.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and takes pride in producing high-quality, precision finishes.
  • Adaptable, collaborative and able to perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in 2Pac and acrylic paint applications.
  • Experience in commercial or industrial painting environments.
  • Familiarity with signage production processes.
