Signage and Installation Team Lead Opportunity

  • Manage and coordinate signage production and installation projects from start to finish.">
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality work and meet project deadlines.">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.">
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, machinery, and safety standards to ensure compliance and efficiency.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes.">
  • Perform other related duties as required.">
">Requirements">
  • ">
  • A minimum of five (5) years' experience in the signage industry, with a proven track record of success.">
  • Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of signage production and installation, including wrapping.">
  • Strong understanding of materials, machinery, and safety standards.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.">
  • A clean Australian driver's licence, White Card, and Working at Heights certificates.">
  • Ability to work after hours/weekends when required.">
