Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage pre-award procurement activities, including documentation, tenders, evaluations and contract variations.
  2. Source and purchase goods and services across categories.
  3. Ensure smooth transition and implementation of contracts and vendor relationships.
  4. Develop procurement strategies, manage vendors and assess risks.
  5. Analyze supplier performance and procurement data for improvements.
  6. Conduct market analysis and risk evaluations.
  7. Build relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
  8. Report on procurement activities and financial data.

The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, category management or contracts as well as strong stakeholder management, negotiation and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
