Housekeeping Support Role

The successful applicant will work across various departments, including kitchen, laundry, and cleaning teams.

You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality output, treating colleagues with respect, and continuously improving your skills and capabilities to enhance team performance.

About the Role:

  • Contribute to the delivery of high-quality kitchen services through timely output and respectful interaction with colleagues.
  • Perform dishwashing, cleaning duties, and food preparation tasks.
  • Deliver effective laundry activities.
  • Clean resident's rooms, bathrooms, and communal lounge and dining areas.
  • Ensure duties are performed in a timely manner to meet quality expectations.
  • Adhere to our Food Safety Program.

About You:

  • You will likely come from an aged care, hospital, or hospitality background.
  • Have a kind and compassionate nature with excellent customer service skills.
  • Be an excellent communicator with a quick learning ability and a commitment to getting things right first time.
