We are seeking a skilled and experienced retail leader to join our team as a Lead Retail Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets and deliver excellent customer service.

">Main Responsibilities:">
  1. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  2. Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Sales Performance: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets, providing coaching and feedback to help them improve their sales performance.
  4. Operational Efficiency: Maintain accurate records of sales, stock levels, and other operational data, using this information to inform business decisions and drive efficiency improvements.

You will also be required to maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with experience of managing a team in a retail environment.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond promptly to customer queries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales Experience: Significant sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
