About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, coordinating, and evaluating coaching and mentoring solutions.
The successful candidate will establish and maintain a comprehensive framework, promote the value of these solutions across the organisation, and provide specialist advice on how they integrate with learning, talent, and diversity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation of the coaching and mentoring strategy, ensuring alignment to the capability and talent priorities.
- Develop and implement frameworks and programs to support leadership development, talent management, and career development across the enterprise.
- Integrate coaching, mentoring, and assessments across relevant leadership development programs and cyclical talent management activities.
- Establish and report on key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of coaching, mentoring, and assessment activity across the organisation.
- Regularly review and enhance the coaching program based on feedback, best practice, and market advances.
- Equip internal coaches and mentors with the skills and tools needed to perform their roles well.
- Create and lead internal communities of practice for both internal coaches and mentors.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or Learning discipline.
- Certifications in a range of psychometric, 360-degree, or team diagnostics.
- Knowledge of legislation and policies relating to workplace coaching and mentoring.
- High level of customer focus and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and implement pragmatic processes, tools, and services related to coaching, mentoring, and assessment.
- Eligibility for a Negative Vetting Level 1 clearance.
