Flexible Cleaning Supervisor Position

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day cleaning activities and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Your primary role will involve managing staff coverage across various sites, particularly during holiday periods, as well as delivering inductions and ongoing training to new cleaners.

Liaising with the Head Supervisor on a daily basis is essential, as is maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring job satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations
  • Deliver induction of new cleaners and ongoing training
  • Liaise with the Head Supervisor

Schedule:

The ideal candidate will be available to work evening shifts, morning shifts, public holidays, and weekends.

Experience:

1 year of experience in cleaning is required.

Licence/Certification:

A National Police Certificate and driver's licence are mandatory requirements.

Work Authorisation:

Candidates must be eligible to work in Australia.

Work Location:

In-person work location.
