Job Title: Customer Service Manager

\

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service teams and manage the operations of all our centres. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that services provided to customers are timely, effective, and meet their needs and business objectives.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Lead and manage customer service teams to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.\
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and service delivery.\
  • Monitor performance metrics and take corrective action to address any issues.\
  • Supervise cash collection, reconciliation, and banking processes to ensure compliance with financial procedures.\
  • Oversight query management to ensure customer queries and complaints are properly addressed within stipulated timeframes.\
\Requirements:\
  • \
  • Degree level education or HND in Management or certified in Service Management.\
  • At least 5 years of management experience in a customer service environment.\
  • Strong commitment to customer service excellence.\
  • Good people management skills with ability to influence and motivate.\
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.\
  • Fluency in English and French.\
  • Strong management and organizational skills.\
  • Proven coaching, training, and mentoring abilities.\
  • Good interpersonal skills.\
  • Report writing skills.\
  • Ability to supervise staff and maintain discipline.\
  • Pleasant personality and ability to relate well to customer issues.\
  • Good work ethics.\
  • Class 2 driving license.\
  • Relevant experience in the telecommunications industry.\
