We are seeking a skilled Caregiver to join our team at Bupa Aged Care in Bendigo. As a leading regional aged care provider, we pride ourselves on delivering world-class care and services to our residents.

Job Overview

The Caregiver will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

This is a full-time opportunity with various shifts available, including days, evenings, and weekends. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting with meal preparation and feeding residents
  • Participating in recreational activities and promoting resident engagement
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to the care team
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will require:

  • A minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on residents' lives
  • Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
