We are seeking a skilled and experienced Childcare Educator to join our team at Ashley Institute of Vocational Development.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality training in the CHC50113 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. The successful applicant will be responsible for teaching students in a classroom and simulated work site environment, and must be available to work weekdays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training sessions in the CHC50113 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care;
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs;
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance;
  • Assess student competence against learning outcomes;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative training programs.

Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110 with TAELLN411 and TAEASS502);
  • Certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC30113) or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC50113);
  • Current Working with Children Check;
  • At least 2 years industry experience and 1 year training experience;
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
