Are you a compassionate and resilient professional seeking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others?

We are looking for an exceptional Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team, playing a vital role in supporting individuals as they transition back into the workforce.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work closely with clients, conducting thorough assessments and providing guidance to help them rebuild their confidence, reconnect with their goals, and re-enter life with purpose.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients with care and compassion, fostering a safe and inclusive environment that promotes recovery and resilience.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to co-create effective solutions that meet individual needs.
  • Identify barriers and develop tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology.
  • Registration with AHPRA or ESSA.
