Job Description

We are seeking a Shutdown Travel Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

In this dynamic position, you will play a key part in supporting the smooth delivery of our shutdowns by managing travel logistics for our contracting partners across our sites. Working closely with our shutdown planning and execution teams, you will oversee mobilisation, flight bookings, and administrative tasks to ensure shutdown operations run efficiently.

As a Shutdown Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing mobilisation logistics for shutdown crews, providing onsite support to planning teams during shutdowns as required, arranging commercial and domestic flights and accommodation, responding to travel-related queries and providing timely support, communicating with internal departments and external contractors, and maintaining accurate records, ensuring high data quality and consistency.
