Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to attract and retain top talent in the water infrastructure sector. Job Description:
As a Design Manager for our Water Infrastructure team, you'll play a critical role in leading the design delivery of large-scale water infrastructure projects. Your expertise in water infrastructure engineering and design will be instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation of our clients' projects. You'll work closely with project delivery teams, end clients, and contractors to deliver high-quality outcomes within the constraints of quality, time, and budget. Your leadership and coordination skills will be essential in guiding project teams and stakeholders through the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and consulting experience in water infrastructure engineering and design.
  • Proven track record in the successful delivery of large-scale water infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams, end clients, and contractors.
  • Strong technical and non-technical report writing skills.
  • Client relationship management skills and experience.
