Bakery Assistant Role

We are seeking an experienced Baker to craft high-quality gluten-free and grain-free breads. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.

About the Job

The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing, mixing, and baking a variety of gluten and grain-free breads, rolls, and other baked products according to recipes and customer orders. This will involve working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality control throughout the baking process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and baking a variety of gluten and grain-free breads, rolls, and other baked products.
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety and quality control throughout the baking process.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop new and innovative baked products.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to meet hygiene and safety requirements.
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries and feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Baker, ideally in a commercial bakery or similar setting.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle changes and unexpected situations.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for baking and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
