**Job Summary**: We are seeking a skilled and innovative Product Category Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our buying team, you will be responsible for leading product category growth through trend and customer research, product mix planning, and supplier negotiations. **Key Responsibilities**:

  • Trend and Customer Research: Conduct market analysis, customer feedback collection, and competitor research to inform product decisions.
  • Product Mix Planning: Plan and assort product selections, manage purchase orders, and create differentiated products that meet customer needs.
  • Growth Strategy Development: Develop strategies for product group growth, including planning for sub-groups, suppliers, and regions.
  • Inventory Management: Manage purchasing budgets, open purchase orders, and in-season inventory, ensuring accurate forecasting and minimal stockouts.
