Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Manage retail operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
  • Work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
  • Operate point-of-sale software and maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
  • Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others.
  • Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale software.
