Customer Experience Manager

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail team to deliver exceptional, personalised experiences for each customer, making them feel like a VIP. You will motivate the team every day to achieve this goal through fun training, mentoring, coaching, and feedback.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and inspirational leader to join our team as an Assistant Retail Manager at our Doncaster store, with a rotating roster. As an Assistant Retail Manager, you will work closely with the store manager to ensure that our customers receive outstanding service and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the retail team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and sales targets;
  • Mentor and coach team members to improve their skills and performance;
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner;
  • Work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve business objectives;
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, visual merchandising, and store appearance to ensure a welcoming and inspiring environment for customers;
Requirements:
  • A highly experienced, supportive, and inspirational leader with at least 2 years of similar experience;
  • Exceptional retail experience, particularly in beauty, with a passion for cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, and beauty;
  • Great communication skills, so you can form genuine connections with customers and team members;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements;
