Key Role Summary:

This position oversees daily operations to maintain high-quality service standards. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver exceptional experiences for VIP guests by providing personalized service and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading day-to-day operations of a luxury club environment
  • Checking in, responding to requests, and settling accounts for VIP guests
  • Delivering food and beverage services while showcasing knowledge of menus and wine lists
  • Enhancing guest stays through up-selling opportunities
  • Handling guest concerns promptly and efficiently

Qualifications:*

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar hybrid role within a luxury setting
  • Previous experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and Opera or related PMS systems
  • Strong service skills, confidence in all aspects of service
  • Availability across various shifts, including breakfast and evening service periods
  • Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, ability to lead by example
