Job Title: Operations and Compliance Support Officer

This role provides key support across our Health Group facilities, teaching and research labs, Clinical Trials Unit, and other clinic activities. Working closely with TPH Managers and Team Leaders, you will provide essential project and compliance support to ensure smooth operational outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the effective and efficient operation of our team through provision of effective compliance support to maintain facility induction, health and safety compliance and equipment service records.
  • Undertake financial transactions using our finance systems (eg. raise purchase orders, payment and invoice requests, including stationary supplies).
  • Maintain and manage contact lists and assist with updates to our SharePoint sites.
  • Keep Health and Safety compliance records up to date, including data entry, spreadsheet management, and record filing.
  • Assist in preparing both routine and ad hoc reports and correspondence.
  • Help monitor team performance and assist in compliance monitoring, reporting, and project support.
