Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinating and managing ICT-related activities and projects.
  2. Providing high-quality ICT support to end-users.
  3. Troubleshooting technical issues using logical reasoning and analytical skills.
  4. Escalating complex problems to senior technicians or third-party vendors when necessary.
  5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all IT support activities.
  6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of IT service desk processes.
  7. Supporting IT security initiatives and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical users.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Experience with ICT issue tracking systems and remote support tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks, Microsoft Windows, Office 365, LAN/WAN, and enterprise IT service delivery.
