PPM Functional Analyst Job

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a PPM Functional Analyst. As a key member of the team, you will work within a fast-paced agile environment where requirements may be fluid and under defined.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing qualitative and quantitative research methods to inform design decisions from the point of view of the end user for various interactive systems and projects.
  • Creating test plans, writing test scenarios, recruiting and scheduling participants.
  • Supporting deployment teams, functional SMEs, integration teams, change assessors and SI teams to ensure consistency of solution across all clusters.
  • Providing insights that will compel software teams to empathize with users and produce meaningful products.
  • Researching, analyzing and working with designers to wireframe and prototype user experiences to ensure the development of user-friendly digital products.
  • Identifying pain points and working with team members to devise elegant solutions that support the PATH program's core values of delivering a better experience.
  • Synthesizing research and preparing documentation, including user personas and journey maps, to inform design decisions and create consensus across business units.
  • Providing feedback and expert advice on the development of solutions and prototypes.
  • Documenting requirements, writing use cases and helping manage the backlog of items going into Sprints.
  • Helping with usability assessments and tests of interactive systems and iterations.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated experience working as a PPM Functional Analyst.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge needed in the areas of Data migration and stakeholder management.
