Our Engineering Solutions team is a key part of our success, and we are seeking a Senior Structures Engineer to join our team in Ipswich. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from design to delivery, and contribute to the development of our company's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the design of structures maintenance and improvement schemes, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.
* Conduct technical design checks, including AiP and TAA, to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and processes.
* Perform site visits to undertake Principal and other structures inspections, providing expert advice and guidance to our teams.
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.

Requirements:

* Chartered Engineer or a highly experienced Engineer working towards CEng.
* Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary projects, achieving customer programme, cost, and quality expectations.
* Extensive experience in structures inspection, design, and construction, with knowledge of National Highways & Local Authority design standards & contracts.
* Strong commercial awareness, with experience of design resource planning and programme management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders.
