Exciting Opportunity for a Makeup Artistry Trainer

M.A.C Cosmetics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced makeup artistry trainer to join their education team as an Education Executive. This is a rare opportunity to work with a prestigious luxury cosmetics brand and contribute to the development of makeup artists.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and developing makeup artists, conducting in-classroom training programs and workshops, and virtually. They will also be required to foster cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, thrive in a results-focused collaborative environment, and enjoy a practical, hands-on approach to work.

Key Qualifications

Essential:

  • Beauty industry experience in teaching or training is highly desirable.
  • Confident public speaking and group communication skills.
  • Ability to teach in various settings, including in-classroom, virtually, and in-store.
  • Energetic, proactive, and motivated to help others learn the craft of makeup artistry.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with good administration skills.
