Support Specialist

We're seeking a Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to clients with disabilities in accordance with their care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as eating, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide transportation assistance to clients.
  • Offer respite care to clients and their families.
  • Administer medication following established policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of clients' care plans and progress.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of high school or equivalent qualification.
  • Certificate 3 in individual support or higher.
  • Experience working with people with disabilities.
  • Strong understanding of disability services and its guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
