About the Role

Our organization is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to cover maternity leave, working closely with our Sydney-based operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between logistics partners, freight forwarders, and internal teams
  • Process and track purchase orders from overseas factories through to customer delivery
  • Monitor shipment status, including container movements, customs clearance, and final mile delivery
  • Communicate ETAs and delivery updates with customers and stakeholders
  • Prepare and issue quotations for freight and logistics services as required
  • Ensure accurate billing by capturing all freight, duty, and handling costs correctly
  • Support Project Administrators in the Production team
  • Manage claims and discrepancies related to shipments or production delays
  • Maintain accurate records in logistics systems
Requirements
  • Previous experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management
  • Proficiency in ERP systems highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly across time zones and cultures
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
