Content Designer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Designer to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our content management team, you will be responsible for managing two websites and developing the content strategy and governance framework.

This specialized role involves designing key websites that meet user needs, structuring content to reflect how users read online and on mobile devices. You will also be responsible for writing user stories, mapping journeys, pair writing, using analytics, conducting user research, and engaging with internal stakeholders to build capability.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Designing intuitive and user-friendly websites
  2. Developing and implementing content strategies and governance frameworks
  3. Conducting user research and analyzing data to inform content decisions
  4. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to build capabilities and drive business outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc)
  • Familiarity with Federal Government Digital Service Standards and style guides
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
