Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Digital Content Developer to support the development and maintenance of a SharePoint-based formal document management system.

  • Assist in content publication including creating, editing, reviewing, and archiving digital content, ensuring consistency in presentation and branding.
  • Curate Commission documentation and digital asset library.
  • Develop site maps and templates.
  • Contribute to documenting team processes.
  • Respond to Service Desk requests and incidents.
  • Manage cross-functional workflows and ensure quality outcomes.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and task completion in a timely fashion.
  • Work independently in a dynamic environment with minimal instruction.
  • Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Resolve conflicts between competing work goals and priorities.
  • Display sound judgment in challenging situations.
Key Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical information to produce engaging digital content.
  • Estimate time to complete technical requirements and report effectively.
  • Edit and publish SharePoint intranet sites to maintain comprehensive resources.
  • Effective communication skills including building productive working relationships and presenting complex technical functions.
  • Strong technical skills in SharePoint, Visio, and DevOps, or demonstrated aptitude in learning new technologies.
  • Analyse digital content for quality and accuracy.
  • Strong self-management skills including organising work activities and completing tasks within agreed timeframes.
Desirable Skills

The following skills would be highly desirable:

  • Advanced knowledge of SharePoint site administration.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint content management and creation.
  • Project Management skills and DevOps/Agile methodologies.
  • Use of DevOps as a work item management tool.
  • Knowledge and experience in Adobe editing tools.
