Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. As a key member of our site administration team, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service, managing facilities support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our client site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to meet on-site client expectations.
- Liaise with base building management as required.
- Assist in managing all on-site contractors to ensure they perform to the required standards.
- Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related fields preferred.
- Understanding local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities, and vendor management for specialized services is advantageous.
