About the Role:

The Facilities Administrator is responsible for managing maintenance tasks across multiple sites, liaising with trades and maintenance suppliers to coordinate general maintenance and repairs. This role involves timely and proper procurement of contractors, obtaining quotes and proposals, and negotiating supplier contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with trade and maintenance suppliers on the completion of programmed tasks and cost management.Be on call to respond to emergency service calls and queries.Ensure contractor adherence to WHS legislative requirements and safety management protocols.Provide product reporting for all maintenance activities.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a structured environment managing facilities maintenance, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills. You should be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, and have experience with Salesforce or other systems.
