Therapist Role

Connect2Care is a leading allied health company with services nationwide, providing community-based and telehealth services to people of all ages and abilities.

As a therapist at Connect2Care, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides evidence-based services to clients. Your role will involve assessing and providing interventions for children and adults living with disabilities, working within the NDIS framework to maximise client function and capacity, and managing a varied caseload.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing and intervening with clients in various settings, including community visits and centre-based services
  • Providing timely documentation and report writing
  • Building relationships with stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources

Requirements:
