Spa Beauty Therapist Wanted

Our popular Day Spa in Perth is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Beauty Therapist to join our team.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing quality and superior customer service to all clients, ensuring the entire Spa experience exceeds expectations. You will work closely with our team of spa therapists to manage guest bookings, drive revenue opportunities, and effectively manage labour costs.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality beauty treatments such as massages, facials, and body treatments
- Managing guest bookings and coordinating with the team of spa therapists
- Assist with ordering and ensuring sufficient products are supplied in the SPA
- Participating in staff training and development programs

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work an array of shifts, including one weekend day each weekend, and have impeccable grooming and presentation. They will also have the ability to remain calm and agile under pressure, have initiative, and a proactive and positive team attitude to ensure operations run smoothly.
