You will work closely with the Manufacturing Mobilisation Team, Production Launch Team, and Production Teams to meet production takt time and optimize system effectiveness.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Enhancing efficiency and workflow by refining operating methods.
  • Organizing work areas, equipment layouts, and workflows to ensure logical sequencing of operations.
  • Establishing clear standards for workstations to enable operators to move efficiently through workstations.
  • Identifying and addressing inefficiencies using lean principles and process flow optimization.
  • Developing ergonomic tools and risk assessments to ensure worker safety and efficiency.
  • Providing hands-on support during new product launches and troubleshooting issues.

The ideal candidate will have strong commitment to completing tasks on time and within budget, a proactive can-do attitude, excellent communication and teamwork skills, experience in manufacturing/production with a solid understanding of Lean Management principles, and a hands-on approach to improving production processes.
