About the Role



As a Medical Administration Assistant, you will assist our Medical Coordinators in providing Defence candidates excellent service as they progress through the medical and psychological components of the Defence Force Recruiting (DFR) process.



You will be based in our Brisbane CBD Clinic, QLD, reporting to the DFR Team Lead Medical Coordinator. This full-time position offers extensive training and career development opportunities, paid parental leave, employee wellbeing and rewards program, discounted gym membership, and more.



Duties and Responsibilities




  • Liaise with Defence candidates
  • Assist in booking appointments
  • Obtain further medical evidence when required
  • Manage reminders for attendance of bookings
  • Invoice clients
  • Perform general administration tasks including inbox management


Candidate Requirements



We are seeking an organised individual with great administration skills, excellent customer service, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a healthcare or medical setting, hold or have the ability to maintain an AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance, and possess a Working With Children Check.



Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum
