Job Title: Catering Attendant

Elevate your career in the food industry as a Catering Attendant with our airline.

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, preparing and presenting meals for passengers onboard flights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present meals according to presentation specifications.
  • Stock and maintain dry store items, including equipment and packaged snacks.
  • Loading and unloading wash lines to ensure cutlery, crockery, and glassware are in perfect condition.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and adhere to hygiene standards and cleaning schedules.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure delivery timelines.
Requirements:
  • Sound numerical skills for accurate documentation.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and move or lift items.
  • Willingness to work shift work across a 7-day roster.
  • Neat and tidy presentation.
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP (desired).
  • Availability to work full-time, 38 hours/week.
