About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Trade Assistant to join our team at RAA Solar & Battery. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for the installation of solar panels in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install solar panels to meet customer expectations in a timely and professional manner
  • Assess job sites to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Plan and execute jobs to meet targets within required timeframes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and goals
About You

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of confidence and motivation, who is passionate about contributing to a team that prioritizes member satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current South Australian light vehicle licence
  • Current White Card, Working at Heights, and Elevated Work Platform qualifications (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience installing solar panels (highly regarded but not essential)
  • A proactive approach to carrying out jobs and working under limited supervision
  • The ability to manage tight deadlines and conflicting priorities
