About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Trade Assistant to join our team at RAA Solar & Battery. As a Trade Assistant, you will be responsible for the installation of solar panels within the residential and commercial energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install solar panels to meet the expectations of members within a timely and professional manner
  • Scope and assess job sites to understand and mitigate any risks prior to commencing work
  • Plan to meet all job targets within required timeframes
  • Deliver exceptional and professional service to members and internal/external customers
  • Actively participate in monthly team meetings

About You

We are looking for individuals with a strong sense of confidence and motivation, who enjoy contributing to a team that aims for member satisfaction. Specifically, we're looking for individuals with:

  • Current South Australian light vehicle licence
  • Current White Card, Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform qualifications preferred not essential
  • Experience installing solar panels will be highly regarded however not essential
  • A proactive approach to carry out jobs and work under limited supervision
  • Ability to cope with tight work deadlines and conflicting priorities
