About Our Role

As a Joint Regional Manager, you will play a key role in leading positive change, sharing responsibilities, and implementing strategic initiatives. You will work in partnership with our Joint Managing Directors to drive business growth and development.

Our Team

Our team in Southbank, Melbourne has grown significantly over the past 26 years, becoming a multi-disciplined office with over 140 personnel across various sectors. We are now looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to take on the next phase of our development.

About You
  • Previous experience in a business operational leadership position at a regional or sector level, including operational, financial, and personnel management, ideally within a consulting engineering environment.
  • Ability to foster a positive design engineering environment through a collaborative and engaging management approach.
  • Capacity to further develop WGA's brand within the technical engineering and construction industries across the Victorian and Tasmanian Region.
  • Proven experience coordinating multi-disciplined teams across a range of engineering design projects, with responsibility for project performance.
  • Relevant engineering/design qualifications.
  • Ability to manage the recruitment and resourcing of personnel to ensure optimal project delivery and achieve target performance.
  • A strong understanding of the development of regional business plans, including budgets and office infrastructure requirements.
