Job Overview

You will have at least 5 years of management experience in warehouse operations or logistics. You will lead others, having direct management experience and being responsible for employees' performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support all safety programs and compliance to ensure a safe work environment for staff members.
  • Create performance goals and objectives to achieve customer promise expectations and guarantee accuracy and quality.
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.
  • Develop and execute productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts, determining productivity requirements, and collaborating with other managers to balance labor.
  • Lead and develop a team of Amazon associates.

About the Position

We are seeking experienced managers to join our business and play a critical role in leading our team of staff members in Inbound or Outbound operations within our fulfillment center.

Your team is responsible for delivering Amazon orders to customers. You must ensure that you have properly trained personnel and their needs are met so they can focus on their tasks. Skill Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of managerial experience in warehouse operations or logistics, direct management experience, and excellent leadership skills.
