Senior Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled cybersecurity specialist to lead our SOC team and mentor junior analysts.
- Develop and implement incident response strategies, ensuring timely containment and remediation of complex cyber threats.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to junior and mid-level SOC staff, fostering their growth and development within the team.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive continuous improvement of SOC processes, playbooks, and documentation.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in binary analysis, malware detection, and reverse engineering techniques, as well as a strong background in Microsoft Sentinel SIEM, detection engineering, and SOAR tooling.
Key Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in a senior/technical lead role, with a proven track record of success in managing and mentoring teams.
- Advanced knowledge of binary analysis, including reverse engineering, malware analysis, and binary exploitation techniques.
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Sentinel SIEM, detection engineering, incident response, and SOAR tooling.
