About the Role

As a Sales and Account Manager, your primary focus will be driving sales growth for our products and services. You will provide clients with exceptional service across all communication channels.

  • You will assist in promoting and selling our products and services to drive sales growth.
  • You will use strong sales skills to identify and generate client pipelines independently.
  • You will build and nurture relationships with new clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • You will deliver exceptional customer service across various communication channels to ensure client satisfaction.
  • You will respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • You will work towards specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
  • You must have at least one year of experience in the Forex industry. Previous exposure to customer-focused environments such as customer services, sales, outbound/inbound support, consulting, or similar fields is advantageous.
  • You must be comfortable making high outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers. You must possess confident communication skills or be motivated to enhance them.
  • You must take ownership of responsibilities; be proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and results-driven attitude.
  • You must have excellent overall communication abilities, with the ability to adapt approaches to different audiences.
  • You must be proficient in English and Indonesian.
