Job Overview

The Team Lead Wellbeing position plays a pivotal role in supporting the establishment and ongoing coordination of local mental health services.

This leadership role is responsible for providing high-quality services that cater to the diverse needs of individuals, their families, and carers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the provision of effective wellbeing services
  • Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders, including individuals, families, and carers
  • Develop and mentor the Wellbeing team to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven experience in managing, coaching, and supporting teams
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent
  • Completion of Manager IPS training
  • NDIS module, NDIS Workers Screening check, National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and evidence of right to work within Australia
  • COVID-19 booster vaccination or valid medical exemption
